The scoring formula
P = 1,000 × (B ÷ T)³, where B is the event’s base time and T is the swim time, both in seconds. Discard the decimal part to get whole points. The base time earns 1,000 points; faster swims earn more.
For a target score, the calculator finds the slowest hundredth of a second that earns at least that score. When several times earn the same score, it also shows their range.
